This original 3 ft x 4 ft acrylic painting on canvas celebrates one of the most powerful phrases in college sports: “We Are.” Created entirely by hand by artist and Penn State graduate Tom Mosser, this one-of-a-kind Penn State wall art transforms the iconic chant into a bold, physical work of fine artThe painting is created using Tom’s signature Football Impressionism technique, where an actual Penn State football becomes the tool used to build the image. As the football is pressed, rolled, and worked across the surface, its physical details are permanently embedded into the artwork. Look closely and you’ll see football dimples, seams, laces, traces of the Penn State logo from the ball itself, and even the air-pump hole — authentic textures that come directly from the game.

Each “We Are” painting is one of a kind and custom created. The artwork is shipped un-stretched in a protective tube, with extra canvas. Keep in mind that Tom includes extra canvas so you could go slightly larger than the listed size when it’s being mounted at your framer
